Sufyan was called to the bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in April 2021 and has been our Associate Director since June 2024.
 
Sufyan heads our Conveyancing Department, representing clients in various property transactions including Sale and Purchase, Refinancing, Decoupling, Redemption and Transfer cases, as well as providing general real estate advisory.

Sufyan also supports in our Corporate Department, providing corporate advisory services, in assisting clients with company incorporations and drafting various types of Contracts, Agreements, Deeds and other corporate instruments.

Notwithstanding his multiple professional responsibilities, Sufyan continues to represent clients at various levels of court in Singapore (e.g. High Court, State Courts, Family Court) in a myriad of cases, including but not limited to Estate (Probate) matters, General High Court applications (e.g. Sanction, Enforcement, Bankruptcy), Mental Capacity Act and Adoption matters.

As an added service to clients, Sufyan also conducts offsite client visits periodically for the drafting and execution of Wills and other testamentary instruments, including preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys.

Free from work, Sufyan enjoys reading in his spare time. He also enjoys keeping abreast with current affairs and having conversations on public policy with his peers.
