For Divorce: 

  1. Marriage Certificate

  2. Children's Birth Certificates

  3. PPO and MSS documents (if any)

  4. Originating Summons / Writ of Divorce (for cases that has already started in the Syariah / Family Court)

For Syariah Variation: 

  1. Decree / Order of Court

  2. Amended Decree / Order of Court

  3. Children's Birth Certificates (for Variation on  Care & Custody of Children)

  4. Summons for Variation and Affidavit-in-Support (for cases that has already started in the Syariah Court)

​

For PPO:

  1. Police reports (if any)

  2. Medical reports (if any)

  3. Complainant Forms (for cases that has already started in the Family Court)

​

For Estate or Probate matters:

  1. Death Certificate

  2. Particulars of Beneficiaries (IC and Birth Certificates)

  3. Inheritance Certificate (if any)
