ARLC was incorporated with limited liability on 09 April 2014. As a firm, ARLC is the embodiment of the experience and practice built up by the Managing Director, Mr. Abdul Rahman Bin Mohd Hanipah.

ABDUL RAHMAN BMH

LLB (Hons), CIFE, SMC Accredited Mediator

Rahman graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LL.B (Hons) in 2008 and was subsequently called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in May 2009. Rahman is also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians Singapore.

With regards to Family Law, Rahman concentrates on Syariah Law Practice and he has successfully argued cases before the Appeal Board of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore on various occasions. He also volunteers on the Legal Committee of the Muslim Convert’s Association of Singapore and he is an Executive Committee Member of the Association of Muslim Lawyers. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Muslimin Trust Fund Association.

SURIANNIE

Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Suriannie is the Executive Assistant to the MD in ARLC. She helps in running the firm and commands the internal admin services of the practice. Prior to joining ARLC for 4 years since 2017, she has over 5 years of service industry background where she was a Flight Attendant with SilkAir and also an Artiste Management Executive who manages both local and international artistes portfolios including Utt. Aside from work, Suriannie is an involved mother and takes full time care of her family. Often, her kids mistake her for a superhero.
